Investigate and document adverse drug events/effects, determine reporting requirements to appropriate agencies, and compile closure statements for patients when needed. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions, integrate complaint data into CQI reports, and support SOP development, training, and BOP/FDA inspections.
