Job Summary

Own and execute multi-touch demand generation programs for plaintiff law firms, using email, paid search, and paid social to move leads from first touch to booked meetings. Design nurture streams, lifecycle emails, and webinar/newsletter promotion, align offers and landing pages, and support ABM plays. Monitor deliverability, segmentation, and performance, run structured tests across copy/cadence/timing, and report results in partnership with Sales and RevOps.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute multi-touch demand generation campaigns for plaintiff law firms from ICP definition through sequence design and reply handling.
•Build demand generation programs across the right channels (email, paid social, paid search) to move leads to booked meetings.
•Align audiences, offers, and landing pages with nurture sequences; support webinar/event registrations; and contribute to account-based plays for high-value segments.
•Monitor deliverability, list health, and segmentation and support performance tracking across channels.
•Run structured tests on subject lines, copy, cadence, send timing, and channel mix; collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align messaging to pipeline goals and report results.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years in demand generation, email marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
•Strong fundamentals in deliverability, segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and testing discipline.
•Experience supporting webinar/event demand motions, nurture programs, or ABM plays.
•Growing AI fluency, including comfortable use of AI tools and understanding automation vs. human craft.
•Ability to optimize using funnel metrics (pipeline vs. vanity metrics) and data such as reply and conversion rates.
