•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.

•Develop project plans (scope, objectives, timeline, and budget), define project direction, and analyze current state for process improvement.
•Conduct regular business reviews and manage contract renewals while maintaining detailed client records and tracking/reviewing client billing in Salesforce.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 73,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional product or service industry.
•Experience in client and project management.
•Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
•Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
