Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide nursing care safely and effectively to assigned patients and families, following established nursing regimes
  • •Plan and deliver care using the nursing process based on assessments, including reporting, referrals, and emergency procedures when indicated
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents and perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access
  • •Monitor and observe signs, symptoms, and reactions to determine normal versus abnormal characteristics and support patient safety interventions
  • •Document direct and indirect care in the electronic medical record and communicate with healthcare teams to support coordinated care

Key Requirements

  • •10 years total work experience with 5-7 years of relevant nursing experience
  • •1 year of GCC experience (preferred)
  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • •Ability to interpret and apply regulatory nursing standards (QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice)
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills
  • •Provides quality nursing care aligned to Joint Commission International and Plan of Care requirements
