Provide effective, safe nursing care for a defined patient population, including assessments, care planning, documentation in the electronic medical record, and coordination with clinical teams. Ensure quality of care by following QCHP nursing competency and scope, Joint Commission International standards, and the Plan of Care. Administer medications, perform immunizations, phlebotomy, and peripheral venous access, and manage patient safety, emergency procedures, and culturally sensitive care.
