Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow multiple product engineering teams across architecture, design, engineering, and implementation of enterprise applications, components, APIs, and platforms.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of engineering initiatives, ensuring high-quality releases on time and within budget.
  • •Partner with Product Owners and business/technology stakeholders to set priorities, plan development schedules, and execute major increments and releases.
  • •Establish and monitor engineering metrics for delivery, quality, reliability, security, performance, and developer effectiveness; ensure engineering practices for software quality and operational excellence.
  • •Prevent, diagnose, and resolve system outages and complex production issues while driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, tooling, and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •8–10+ years of software engineering experience, including architecture, design, engineering, and implementation in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Recent hands-on experience designing, engineering, and implementing enterprise-grade software products and platforms.
  • •Expert solution architecture skills to evaluate complex architectures and resolve complex technical tradeoffs and issues.
  • •Experience with scalable, reliable, secure, high-performance systems and modern practices (CI/CD, DevOps, containers, microservices, cloud-native, observability, security, automated testing).
