Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage a dedicated client portfolio focused on social security and technical reserves, meeting AUM, net flows, and revenue targets.
  • •Generate, qualify, and manage an end-to-end prospect pipeline (prospecting through closing/onboarding) with disciplined CRM usage and reference follow-up.
  • •Position, structure, and commercialize investment funds/solutions for social security, technical reserves, and treasury surplus.
  • •Coordinate execution with Product, Investments, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Monitor and report AUM, net flows, and revenue; analyze variances, propose actions, and identify improvement opportunities across market/channels/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, or economics.
  • •Expertise in the investment funds product and related solutions (savings funds, savings boxes, and defined contribution pension plans).
  • •Technical knowledge of market behavior and its impact by asset type.
  • •Knowledge of the regulations applicable to investment funds and their impact on commercial activity.
  • •Commercial experience selling to clients, including knowledge of ethics practices regulations and the securities market law; AMIB certification (1.5, 2, or 3).
