Job Summary

Own the vision and delivery of a Control-M SaaS platform by planning releases, defining and prioritizing customer requirements, and maintaining a strategic backlog. Partner with engineering, QA, solutions marketing, sales, pre-sales, and customer success to validate solutions, ensure product-market fit, and drive customer outcomes. Translate technical and customer insights into data-driven narratives and PRDs, collaborate with remote stakeholders, and engage in deep technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan product deliveries by documenting requirements, prioritizing release content, and publishing roadmaps.
•Collaborate with development and QA plus solutions marketing, support, and enablement partners to deliver solutions on plan.
•Work with customers, prospects, sales, pre-sales, and customer success to understand pain points and future needs.
•Ensure product-market fit by maintaining a prioritized strategic backlog and driving product lifecycle outcomes.
•Translate product insights and customer data into compelling, data-driven narratives to align stakeholders and secure executive buy-in.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of product management experience for an enterprise/B2B SaaS product.
•Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers and demonstrating a strong customer service ethic.
•Experience managing SaaS platforms for complex services, with deep understanding of SaaS technologies.
•Strong technical acumen, including engaging with engineering/architecture on solution design and reading technical specifications.
•Hands-on familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectures, and experience with SaaS operational areas like security/regulatory requirements and onboarding.
