Build awareness and specification influence for NETGEAR Pro AV networking solutions within the professional audiovisual consultant community. Develop trusted relationships with AV, broadcast, and technology consultants; deliver technical education and briefings; and translate engagement into an accurate, consultant-influenced opportunity pipeline. Partner across sales, engineering, product, marketing, distribution, and integrators to improve consultant-facing tools and drive specification wins through early-stage project influence.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a consultant engagement strategy across priority North American AV consultant firms and technology advisory practices.
•Build and maintain senior-level relationships with principals, designers, engineers, project managers, and specification leaders.
•Drive awareness of NETGEAR Pro AV solutions via briefings, lunch-and-learns, design reviews, webinars, trade events, demos, and technical education.
•Influence early-stage project requirements and basis-of-design decisions, specifications, standards, and consultant recommendations where NETGEAR is a fit.
•Maintain a qualified consultant-influenced opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and report engagement metrics, specification wins, and competitive insights.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•8+ years in professional audiovisual, broadcast AV, AV-over-IP, commercial technology, networking, or related channel/business development roles.
•Experience working with AV consultants/design engineers/integrators/manufacturers/distributors/end users in the Pro AV market.
•Strong knowledge of AV-over-IP architectures and IP networking concepts including managed switching, multicast, VLANs, QoS, and PoE.
•Ability to build trust with technical audiences and translate complex networking concepts into practical AV design guidance.
