Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape product strategy for Fieldguide’s corporate internal audit line from market entry through a sequenced roadmap.
  • •Build enterprise-grade AI agents to improve efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across the audit lifecycle.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (customer success, sales, marketing) to gather feedback and drive product feature introduction and adoption.
  • •Work directly with Chief Audit Executives, VPs of Internal Audit, and Heads of IT Audit (including onsite) and bring insights back into the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience.
  • •Experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or another regulated compliance workflow as a practitioner or PM building software for the market.
  • •Fluency in internal audit concepts like entity-level controls, risk and control matrices, walkthroughs, deficiency severity, and remediation.
  • •Strong technical fluency to discuss LLM and agent architecture, evals, and tradeoffs with engineers.
  • •Ability to translate workflows into product requirements for detail-oriented, skeptical stakeholders.
