Key Responsibilities

•Implement business analytics outcomes and develop effective, personalized communications to support business strategies.
•Provide innovative analytical solutions leveraging advanced data and analytics capabilities and communication toolkits.
•Optimize targeted offers and industrialized processes to enable point-in-time personalized dialogues with customers and improve customer experience.
•Drive customer-centric performance with a test-and-learn culture and deploy communication toolkits to deliver relevant communications.
•Execute industrialized analytics processes, adopt tools to optimize resource versus activities, and align governance and controls to Group standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years’ experience in business analytics or contact and communication design/operation in financial or digital domains, or similar experience in analytics consulting or managing digital products.
•Proven experience in customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, pricing analytics, digital marketing, data science, and/or use of open-source data for analyses.
•Familiarity with analytics/visualization tools including Python and SQL/BigQuery, and tools such as Tableau/QlikSense/Looker Studio; cloud experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
•Ability to communicate complex information clearly and meaningfully to a wide and varied audience.
•Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, self-motivation, and a servicing mindset for efficient customer service delivery.
