Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of the commercial and financial performance of assigned contracts.
  • •Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities, manage risk, and improve profitability.
  • •Lead commercial analysis, pricing, financial modelling, and scenario analysis.
  • •Develop commercial strategies for contract variations, growth opportunities, efficiency initiatives, and claims/disputes.
  • •Lead and support customer negotiations and influence senior stakeholders, including providing commercial oversight to Finance Business Partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting and a professional qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent.
  • •Significant experience in a senior finance, commercial finance or commercial role supporting large or complex contracts.
  • •Strong financial acumen, analytical capability, and commercial judgement.
  • •Experience in financial modelling, pricing, and interpreting contractual requirements.
  • •Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders and customers.
