Build and enhance Tamara’s frontend applications while partnering closely with backend, mobile, and QA engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality features. Translate product requirements into efficient frontend code, lead Agile/Scrum execution, and contribute to frontend best practices through chapter activities. Own code reviews, support automated and manual testing, and use CI/CD to release updates with minimal downtime—while keeping documentation, architecture, and performance (Web Vitals) standards high.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Agile methodologies within the team and mentor teammates across the software development lifecycle.
•Collaborate with the Product team to translate requirements into functional, efficient, high-quality frontend code.
•Partner with backend, mobile, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and troubleshoot to meet delivery timelines.
•Support testing with QA by defining test cases and enabling automated and manual testing before deployment.
•Improve releases and code quality through code reviews, CI/CD automation, documentation ownership, and participation in Scrum ceremonies.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in software engineering focused on frontend development.
•Proficiency with modern JavaScript (including ES2023), asynchronous programming, and scalable web application development concepts.
•Experience with major JavaScript frameworks; React JS experience is preferred.
•Knowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principles, with an emphasis on secure development.
•Experience with Agile practices (pairing, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery).
