Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 3+ with a PhD.
  • •5+ years of consulting experience and payments background.
  • •Ability to effectively engage mid-to-senior stakeholders at regional banks and credit unions and adapt communication to different organizational structures.
  • •Strong analytical and intellectual rigor, with executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • •Knowledge of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products/services, business systems/processes, and marketing initiatives.
