Key Responsibilities

•Onboard high-volume accounts post-sale, coordinating setup, IP warming, and integration testing.
•Conduct technical product demos and walk-throughs tailored to client sending architecture.
•Serve as the dedicated escalation point for technical issues, performance, and deliverability concerns, coordinating with Tier 2/3 support.
•Collaborate with Commercial teams to support renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
•Conduct quarterly technical business reviews with key clients to report on delivery metrics and future growth alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 annually

•3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Support Engineer, or equivalent high-touch technical customer-facing role in a SaaS/IaaS environment.
