Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the project master schedule for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • •Build schedules from the Master Schedule and manage inputs including task lists, logic, milestones, and resources through close-out.
  • •Establish and continuously analyze the critical path, incorporating scope changes and schedule trends.
  • •Coordinate progress tracking with the GC and stakeholders for project milestones and interface with controls systems for forecast updates.
  • •Provide earned value KPIs and recurring plan-vs-actual reporting, facilitate interactive planning sessions, and propose mitigation for impacts/deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in project controls, planning, and scheduling.
  • •Proven expertise building detailed project plans from the Master Schedule using Primavera P6 (Oracle Primavera P6).
  • •Experience monitoring schedule trends, analyzing impacts, and preparing status reports and baseline discrepancy tracking.
  • •Strong knowledge of earned value KPIs, S-curves, and resource loading for optimal crew/staffing plans.
  • •Degree or professional licenses in Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Production Engineering, with strong English and Spanish communication skills.
