Job Summary

Help prepare used vehicles in Carvana’s inspection centers by detailing vehicles, moving cars between departments, taking vehicle photos for customers, and/or inspecting interiors and exteriors for defects. Work in a fast-paced, production environment with mandatory overtime as needed. Starting pay is $16/hr (range $16–$17 hourly), with training support as you build skills and progress. Full-time onsite roles include structured shifts.

•Detail vehicles including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
•Move vehicles from one department to the next in inspection centers.
•Take photos of vehicles for customers to view in Carvana spinners.
•Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
•Work scheduled shifts at the inspection center, including mandatory overtime based on business need.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).

•Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
