Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Product Managers and delivery teams in defining, refining, and prioritizing product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Assist with customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and analysis of feedback to inform product decisions.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, risk, security, operations, and business teams to support product delivery.
  • •Support Agile Release Train activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
  • •Monitor risks, dependencies, capacity, and impediments to delivery; escalate issues requiring senior guidance and help prepare leadership updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.05 - 63 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program (e.g., software engineering, business, MIS, Business Analytics).
  • •Demonstrated interest in technology, product management, digital products, customer experience, Agile delivery, or technology program delivery.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate information and distill complex topics into clear recommendations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain ideas clearly and concisely.
  • •Familiarity with customer journeys, user-centered design, feature prioritization, roadmap planning, requirements definition, user stories, and launch readiness.
