Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and deploy high-speed network technologies to support AI/LLM applications.
•Design and develop platforms/systems for monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis of large-scale AI/LLM networks.
•Conduct R&D on high-performance AI communication frameworks and network protocol stacks, including co-design optimizations to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
•Optimize host-network-application interactions to improve AI/LLM network performance at scale.
•Build next-generation AI network infrastructure for large-scale heterogeneous network hardware with deployable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electronic engineering, network engineering, or a related field.
•Proficiency in computer networks and network programming.
•Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages, including C/C++, Python, and Go.
•Familiarity with high-speed network systems such as RDMA, congestion control, and AI network optimization.
•Experience with high-performance communication frameworks (e.g., NCCL, MPI, RPC) and/or AI network diagnosis and performance optimization is a plus.
