Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the regional FE enablement strategy for AMER, covering onboarding, advanced specialization, and competitive positioning.
  • •Regionalize global FE programs for AMER’s sales motion, customer base, and competitive landscape.
  • •Ensure field readiness for product launches with regionally relevant talk tracks, demo environments, hands-on labs, and positioning prior to GA.
  • •Build and ship AI-powered enablement at scale using AI content pipelines and automation, then curate for accuracy and field impact.
  • •Partner with BU VP/FE leadership and global enablement to capture field feedback, align KPIs, and drive measurable readiness outcomes.

Salary: USD 137,100 - 235,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement with hands-on experience across data and AI platforms, distributed systems, or cloud data infrastructure.
  • •Credible experience running POCs, handling live objections, and defending technical positions against competitors.
  • •Deep hands-on knowledge of modern data and AI platforms, with depth in one or more Databricks product domains (Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, AI/ML, BI, or operational databases).
  • •Proven ability to use AI to build at scale, including automated content creation and shipping enablement assets faster than traditional methods.
  • •Demonstrated regional enablement execution and strong stakeholder management across BU leadership and cross-functional enablement peers.
