Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on building services and technical installation matters for redevelopment and new construction projects.
  • •Support acquisitions, disposals, second opinions, and refinancing projects from a technical perspective.
  • •Conduct technical monitoring and quality assessments and prepare maintenance plans and maintenance advisory reports.
  • •Draft technical specifications and tender documentation for construction and installation works.
  • •Manage and support tender processes while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to balance technical and commercial interests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as building services engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical consultancy and/or construction project delivery.
  • •Affinity with maintenance, renovations, inspections, and cost consultancy.
  • •Results-driven, pragmatic, and quality-focused mindset with strong ownership and proactive attitude.
  • •Strong communication skills in ideally both Dutch and English, with the ability to switch between analysis, reporting, on-site inspections, and stakeholder management.
