Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end export shipment processes for finished goods and bulk spirits, including booking, documentation, scheduling, and track-and-trace.
  • •Coordinate with production, warehousing, quality, customer service, and freight partners to ensure on-time shipping readiness.
  • •Arrange transportation via ocean, air, truck, or multimodal freight to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, HTS classification, and TTB regulations for beverage alcohol.
  • •Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • •Proficiency in ERP and logistics systems, with strong Excel skills required.
