Job Summary

Contribute to the consolidated financial picture for the combined G2 organization, supporting three-statement modeling, monthly consolidation, expense planning, and reporting. Build and refine models for capital allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis, perform variance and trend analysis, and support post-acquisition tracking. Prepare MBR, board, and investor reporting packages and ensure consistent consolidated metrics across TRR, EBITDA, uFCF, and integration costs.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the consolidated three-statement model across entities and support intercompany eliminations and entity roll-ups.
•Support monthly consolidation in partnership with Accounting and the Controller’s organization, tracking risks & opportunities and bridging actuals to plan/forecast.
•Build and refine models for capital allocation, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis; perform variance and trend analysis and ad hoc analysis.
•Support expense planning and budgeting, including budget vs. actuals, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend approvals/purchasing workflow (Zip).
•Prepare MBR, Board deck, and investor reporting packages and executive-ready analysis, ensuring consistency of consolidated metrics across reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, banking, consulting, or related fields.
•Proven use of AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve efficiency.
•Strong three-statement modeling and advanced Excel skills.
•Track record of accurate, detail-oriented work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
•Experience with multi-entity consolidation and executive or Board reporting (helpful).
