  • •Develop quality and manufacturing process concepts for component and end-product manufacturing
  • •Support creation and maintenance of quality and process documentation, including standard work
  • •Plan resources and manage the annual departmental budget, including forecasting
  • •Recommend, justify, and implement capital requests and equipment, including evaluations and run-offs
  • •Lead engineering initiatives for productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement, including NPD/engineering change reviews and supplier issue resolution
