Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and scale a global quality framework tailored to high-risk Law Enforcement Operations workflows (LERT, ERT, CST, NCMEC reporting, and IP operations) in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • •Build and deploy internal AI-driven quality monitoring and auditing tools in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
  • •Develop scaled anomaly detection methods to identify quality warning signals across end-to-end workflows.
  • •Lead root cause analysis for quality failures and near-misses, and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
  • •Maintain regulatory compliance with global data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), legal frameworks, and child safety regulatory requirements; translate QA findings into actionable feedback for SOPs and training.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, Operational Risk, or Compliance, including at least 3 years supporting Law Enforcement Response, Child Safety operations, Emergency/Crisis Response, and Intellectual Property Operations.
  • •Hands-on technical proficiency with data and automation, including strong experience with SQL and Python (or similar scripting) for data manipulation and automation.
  • •Proven experience implementing AI/ML-driven tools, NLP, or automated anomaly detection systems.
  • •Ability to analyze complex information to assess threat, compliance, and operational risk.
  • •Cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, and Legal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
