Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
  • •Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for PMC solutions.
  • •Provide tailored solutions across fixed gas and flame detection, portable gas detection, field/process instruments, and modular automation systems.
  • •Lead contract negotiations and manage customer satisfaction across opportunity development, delivery, commissioning, service, and account expansion.
  • •Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational safety, measurement accuracy, asset performance, compliance, and lifecycle reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in account management or sales/business development with a proven track record driving revenue growth.
  • •Understanding of PMC portfolio areas including fixed gas and flame detection, portable gas detection, field/process instruments, gas measurement/control/analysis, and modular automation systems.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • •Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; Kazakh language is an advantage.
