Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a presence for clients and teammates, delivering client solutions and referring investment and insurance products to support financial wellness goals.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities, provide customized financial wellness recommendations, and consistently meet individual goals and expectations.
  • •Build and maintain an internal/external referral pipeline using disciplined prospecting and thorough documentation of calling efforts.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and relevant competitive offerings for meaningful client conversations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts, assist with teller-line transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and education aligned to the role; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Experience building and expanding customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and creating referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to build rapport quickly and use fact-finding questions to be helpful to small business clients.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
