•Manage staff rotas, training needs, and stock/replenishment of housekeeping and domestic items.
•Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring timely completion of duties and adherence to hygiene protocols.
•Coordinate with other teams to deliver person-centred care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents.
