Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of EOC projects, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • •Develop project plans (timelines, budgets, risk assessments, resource allocations) and establish governance for communication and decision-making.
  • •Serve as primary stakeholder contact across executives, IT, facilities, security, and external contractors; build and manage cross-functional teams.
  • •Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and create/maintain project schedules, addressing delays or variances with mitigation strategies.
  • •Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, architectural/engineering design, construction compliance, testing/commissioning, operational readiness, and handover to operational teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience managing complex construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing large budgets and delivering projects on time.
  • •Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
  • •Familiarity with IT systems integration, including emergency communications and redundancy solutions.
