Job Summary

Own product propositions in the Payment Flows team within the Bank Payment Network Group, defining and building capabilities that settle merchant money faster with high certainty. Leverage ML to confirm payments sooner and improve merchants’ experiences while driving revenue. Partner with Engineering Managers and Data Scientists, and collaborate across Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other Product teams to deliver improvements aligned to the product vision through experimentation and data-led decisions.

•Define and build propositions for payment settlement and merchant outcomes within the Payment Flows team.
•Work with the Engineering Manager and Data Scientist to lead product improvements that help customers and drive revenue.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other Product teams to deliver outcomes aligned to the product vision.
•Use experimentation and experimentation-informed delivery to drive business value across the product area.
•Support and deliver projects from MVP experiments through to new feature releases to completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 100,000 - 150,000 annually
