Manager France Enterprise Risk Management, Ops Risk H/F

Lead second-line enterprise and operational risk management for the French market within the Global Risk & Compliance organization. Refresh and align Ops Risk metrics under the Risk Appetite Framework, provide credible challenge in change advisory forums and legal entity projects, and act as the key point of contact for regulators, audit, and local leadership. Own relevant risk policies/frameworks, develop risk dashboards, oversee remediation, and lead an Ops Risk analyst team.
