Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the MedMal team and support professional growth opportunities.
•Manage underwriting binders and facilities for Retail, Professional Liability (RC Professionale), and Corporate products, assessing technical performance.
•Underwrite risks and analyze insurance solutions.
•Manage and monitor underwriting rules/guidelines and track product profitability trends.
•Study and develop new products and/or update or reform products in the sector, in collaboration with other company functions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 46,900 - 69,500 annually

•Strong analytical ability and experience processing data.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
