Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end management of medium to large IT projects for Latin America, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans and management deliverables using Aon’s VRO framework, practices, processes, and tools.
  • •Create schedules, monitor task progress, and perform budget tracking, including resource allocation.
  • •Evaluate risks, manage incidents/issues, and escalate topics to leadership as needed.
  • •Provide project status reports to leaders and key stakeholders, including final reports, documentation, and execution cost budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience managing projects as a Project Manager in the Technology area.
  • •Experience working in the insurance area (desirable).
  • •Knowledge of project management tools.
  • •Advanced English (C1) (excluyente).
  • •Ability to manage projects with medium to high complexity, scope, and financial impact while meeting success criteria.
