Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with IT support to solve issues currently affecting Micron production activities.
  • •Monitor and drive AMHS/equipment KPIs, addressing issues timely to meet fab quality, cycle time, yield, and cost goals.
  • •Schedule and perform preventative maintenance; troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills.
  • •Assist in AMHS/tool installation, relocation, and upgrades; support vendor responses for long-term down equipment and chronic process issues.
  • •Follow safety and environmental procedures and participate in EHSS by reporting concerns and reducing incidents through proactive hazard analysis.

  • •Partner with IT support to resolve issues affecting Micron production activities.
  • •Proactively monitor and drive AMHS and equipment KPI performance to achieve fab quality, cycle time, yield, and cost.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets and troubleshoot/repair equipment issues using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills.
  • •Assist with AMHS/tool installation, relocation, and upgrades, and support vendor on long-term downtime and chronic process issues.
  • •Document maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs, and keep the Lead Engineer/Manager updated on AMHS-related issues and long-term down status.
