  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer order fulfillment and ensure every position is filled before line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics and manage staffing.
  • •Ensure machinery is performing to the highest standard and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Manage safety through daily promotion and monthly safety meetings; handle inventory rotation, accurate shipments, and records for reworked/returned product.
