Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and styling, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection while maintaining service standards.
