Shipping and Receiving

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of material by preparing and verifying shipping documentation, scheduling outbound loads, and confirming proper loading order and placement of product. Set up loads via common carriers, dispatch carriers with delivery instructions aligned to customer receiving times, and maintain accurate records. Investigate and report shortages, handle tracing/expediting calls, ensure compliance with Universal and DOT regulations, and prepare required reports and correspondence.
