Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, install, and maintain industrial electrical systems, including conduit and wiring for motors, lighting, and control devices.
  • •Repair, rebuild, and install plant equipment (e.g., pumps, motors, gearboxes) to keep operations running efficiently and safely.
  • •Maintain critical spare parts and tool inventories to support timely maintenance.
  • •Document work orders, PM schedules, equipment history, and required maintenance documentation in SAP.
  • •Follow safety, environmental, and food-safety (HACCP/GMP) procedures and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements based on maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (required).
  • •3–5 years maintenance/trade experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment (equivalent education/experience considered).
  • •Minimum 3 years industrial environment exposure to PLC, VFD, and E&I systems.
  • •Technical trade school diploma/certification preferred, with welding certification preferred.
  • •Ability to safely perform physical work (including work at heights), and pass required PFT and respirator fit testing.
