Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive the long-term strategic plan for Honeywell’s NHL partnership, aligning it with building automation and sustainability goals and NHL modernization objectives; define a multi-year roadmap with milestones for scaling solutions across arenas, practice facilities, and community rinks.
•Serve as the primary executive relationship manager for the NHL partnership; engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and communicate progress.
•Ensure the partnership delivers mutual value; negotiate and structure partnership agreements and investments, identifying opportunities that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
•Establish and govern a robust program governance structure with KPIs, regular reviews, risk management, and data-driven performance tracking across the partnership.
•Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, product, sales, marketing, services to deliver partnership commitments on time, with high quality and scalable deployment.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field plus 10–15 years progressive experience in program management, strategic partnerships, business development, or related field – including at least 5+ years in building automation, energy management, smart buildings or similar (e.g., BMS, HVAC, industrial IoT).
•Deep understanding of building automation and energy efficiency technologies and operational needs of large-scale facilities (arenas, campuses, commercial real estate).
•Proven track record leading complex, high-impact strategic partnerships or large-scale programs, including negotiating and executing multi-year agreements.
•Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with program governance, KPIs, budgets, timelines and risk management.
•Willingness to travel ~20-30% within North America.
