Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive the long-term strategic plan and multi-year partnership roadmap for the NHL building automation and sustainability objectives.
  • •Serve as the primary executive relationship manager, managing alignment and trust with NHL and Honeywell senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • •Ensure commercial alignment and value creation by structuring and negotiating partnership agreements and investments to support ROI and growth.
  • •Establish and run program governance and performance management, including KPIs, operating reviews, risk management, budgets, timelines, and quality tracking.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution to deliver building automation and energy management projects across NHL venues and champion innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of progressive experience in program management, strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields, including 5+ years in building automation, energy management, or smart buildings (e.g., BMS, HVAC, industrial IoT).
  • •Deep understanding of building automation and energy efficiency technologies and the operational needs of large-scale facilities (sports arenas, campus, or commercial real estate).
  • •Proven track record leading complex strategic partnerships or large-scale programs, including negotiating and executing multi-year agreements with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, with program governance, project management frameworks, and performance measurement at scale.
  • •Strong executive-level stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
