Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters across sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.
  • •Lead company-side strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters in partnership with outside counsel.
  • •Advise candidates, employees, managers, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and business leaders on mobility options and tradeoffs, engaging internal or external experts when needed.
  • •Manage relationships with immigration counsel, tax advisors, relocation providers, and other mobility partners to ensure service quality and employee experience.
  • •Build and improve workflows, playbooks, communications, reporting, and self-service resources; maintain accurate work authorization and mobility data and support audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of progressive global mobility experience, including meaningful experience in an in-house corporate mobility role.
  • •Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration, able to assess options and translate legal advice into business guidance.
  • •Demonstrated experience advising employees, managers, and cross-functional partners as a trusted mobility advisor.
  • •Experience across the mobility lifecycle (relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, business travel) with a holistic view of intersections.
  • •Experience independently managing complex, time-sensitive matters and working effectively with outside counsel and mobility vendors.
