Key Responsibilities

  • •Becoming an expert in all runtime aspects - events pipeline, orchestration, execution, Runners, and the infrastructure that powers them
  • •Own the end-to-end Runner experience - deployment models, resource management, connectivity, and troubleshooting
  • •Perform customer research and technical deep-dives to understand scale requirements, reliability needs, and pain points
  • •Analyze customer escalations to identify patterns and translate them into actionable engineering requirements
  • •Make critical decisions with respect to architectural trade-offs, reliability, performance, and quality to meet business objectives

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience as a product manager on backend/infrastructure products, OR 2+ years in PM following a backend engineering role
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or OpenShift) and container orchestration
  • •Cloud infrastructure fluency - comfortable with AWS and GCP compute, networking, and storage
  • •Experience with high-scale systems handling significant event throughput or distributed execution
  • •Data-driven, with the ability to ask the right questions
