Job Summary

Design, implement, and maintain the SAP Commissions platform, translating complex sales compensation structures into scalable technical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, architect compensation plans, and configure rules within SAP Commissions. Manage integrations and data pipelines across Commissions, SPM Home, and external sources; execute pipelines, investigate calculation/payment gaps, and optimize performance. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and Sales Operations to ensure reliable deployments and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
•Design modular, scalable compensation plans aligned with business strategies.
•Configure plans and rules within SAP Commissions to maximize native platform capabilities.
•Manage and automate data stage and data load processes between Commissions, SPM Home, and external sources.
•Execute pipelines, analyze compensation results, perform root-cause analysis for payment gaps, and resolve calculation issues.

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commissions / SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management.
•Configure credits, measurements, incentives, and deposit rules across business use cases.
•Expertise with compensation platform elements including classifiers, lookup tables, rate tables, and formulas.
•Strong understanding of complex compensation concepts such as proration, draws, clawbacks, leaves, Paycurve, windfall, SPIFF, and holds.
•Proficient with SAP Commission database tables, data stage setups, data load processes, and writing advanced SQL queries or stagehook.
