Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide quality HR service and act as a key HR representative for the Thailand workforce to ensure employee satisfaction, expertise, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • •Liaise with line managers and deliver HR services including manpower planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • •Serve as an expert on Thailand local policies, providing guidance to employees and escalating as necessary.
  • •Manage local operational matters such as employee onboarding, insurance renewals, and employee surveys.
  • •Manage and resolve complex employee queries and employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and labor disputes; support organizational change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within a complex organization.
  • •Minimum degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related studies; post-graduate degree in HR management is an advantage.
  • •Customer-focused with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across a matrix organization.
  • •Ability to work independently end-to-end and interpret data to understand service trends and workload capacity.
  • •Solid understanding of Thailand Labor Laws, with strong verbal and written communication in English and Thai and strict confidentiality for sensitive matters.
