Support TikTok Shop’s logistics operations across EU countries by working with logistics service providers on day-to-day collection issues and delivery performance. Monitor KPIs and delivery dashboards to identify collection problems, failures, and lead-time offenders, and help resolve them. Key Responsibilities

•Handle day-to-day operations with logistics service providers (LSP) in EU countries.
•Communicate daily with local LSP teams to solve collection issues and monitor delivery performance.
•Monitor created/pick-up volume and backlogs via dashboards/reports, identifying and resolving collection and lead-time issues.
•Participate in weekly calls with LSP managers to review key delivery KPIs.
•Support seller forecast preparation, merchant escalations, and merchant onboarding planning for 3PL to 4PL conversion.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree and able to attend the internship for at least 16 weeks (full-time or part-time).
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) preferred.
•Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or related systems work is preferred.
