Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion the Agile/DevSecOps approach for creation of new and modified code/test modules within a wider product solution.
  • •Lead and facilitate the effective operation of the Scrum team.
  • •Drive continuous learning and feedback processes related to the DevSecOps approach.
  • •Provide direct line management responsibilities and coaching for team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile practices.
  • •Remove obstacles and facilitate Agile delivery to help deliver high-quality, reliable software for next-generation Royal Navy systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 68,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience operating as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.
  • •Proven ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • •Experience coaching teams and leaders in Agile ways of working.
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
  • •Academic qualification in a STEM subject, with ability/willingness to become a Chartered Engineer.
