•Develop and maintain KPI visuals and the Priority One system to track project status and outcomes.
•Coordinate major cross-functional initiatives across supply chain functions to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
•Institute and train MOS and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies at the plant level and drive adherence to QRMP standards.
•Manage and develop the CI team, including performance management and staff development.
