Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess the current AML architecture across source systems, data warehouse/ETL/ODS layers, and Actimize integrations, including identifying bottlenecks and risks.
  • •Analyze customer/account/transaction/KYC/watchlist data flows into Actimize and evaluate data lineage and traceability across AML pipelines.
  • •Design optimized ingestion frameworks and source-to-Actimize reconciliation/validation strategies, including review of Actimize scenarios and alert generation dependencies.
  • •Create an enterprise AML Data Quality Framework with controls (completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness, referential integrity) and monitoring mechanisms.
  • •Define governance and modernization roadmaps in collaboration with Compliance, Audit, Risk, and AML Operations, and present findings to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in AML transaction monitoring and related regulatory processes (KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, watchlist processing, SAR/STR reporting).
  • •Deep expertise with NICE Actimize, including transaction monitoring, alert management, case management, and scenario data requirements.
  • •Strong data architecture skills across data warehousing, ETL/ELT architectures, data modeling, and data lineage.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of data quality, profiling, reconciliation/validation frameworks, and root-cause analysis.
  • •Technical experience with SQL and Oracle, plus exposure to Ab Initio/Informatica/DataStage and ideally Python, Databricks, Kafka, and AWS/Azure.
