Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead functional and technical design of complex Workday Financials enhancements across multiple domains.
  • •Independently own end-to-end technical delivery for initiatives, from discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, and production support.
  • •Configure and optimize Workday Financials to ensure consistency, scalability, and financial data integrity; drive improvements through automation and process simplification.
  • •Design and implement lightweight integrations and workflow automations using Make.com and other integration platforms; troubleshoot and improve resilience and maintainability.
  • •Serve as a trusted technical partner to Corporate Accounting, investigating issues across Workday and connected systems and supporting Workday biannual releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience supporting Workday Financials in a complex enterprise environment.
  • •Strong functional knowledge across Workday Financials modules including General Ledger and (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Banking, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and/or Revenue Management).
  • •Expert-level proficiency configuring Workday business processes, security frameworks, custom reporting, and complex calculated fields.
  • •Proven experience leveraging EIBs for efficient data management.
  • •Strong experience leading end-to-end solution delivery (discovery through testing, deployment, and post-production support) and working with Workday integrations; full professional proficiency in English required.
