Job Summary

Strategic, commercially-driven leader responsible for shaping and executing WPP’s global data partnership strategy with Media Owners and Platforms. Spearheads platform partnerships, scales data initiatives across markets, and drives cross-functional collaboration to deliver data-enabled solutions and AI-powered marketing capabilities at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute Global priorities for platform partnerships.
•Work closely with Investment to understand priorities and new solution offerings.
•Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all platform partnership activities, anticipating future data and technology needs.
•Lead all local teams and set framework processes to enable growth in each market.
•Position WPP as the premier partner for innovative data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in data partnerships, licensing, or data-driven platform ecosystems.
•Proven track record of identifying, negotiating and scaling strategic partnerships.
•Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex agreements.
•Experience working across cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
•Ability to align global strategy with local market execution.
