Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
  • •Ensure contract compliance and document interpretations, including reviewing and routing project deliverables (submittals, RFIs, work plans, schedules, meeting minutes).
  • •Coordinate contractors’ activities, chair internal and external meetings, and participate in contractor invoice review while communicating status to stakeholders.
