Operate and maintain bakery plant mixing equipment during the 3rd shift, ensuring safe, high-quality production. Document production variables, downtime, and product samples; blend raw materials by weight or automatic metering; and follow recipe time/temperature points to meet standards. Start up, run, and shut down processing equipment, scale minor ingredients into bins, and use computer control panels for automated machinery while reporting to the line Team Lead.
